The customer or any unauthorised user shall not alter or change system setting set by our engineer. The customer shall maintain the U.P.S. system and its batteries once a month and the same does not cover under contract. During the contract, if any additional peripherals like modem, printer, scanners etc., are added, service charges shall be levied separately. On Call service is done within 10 Hrs of the complaint registered, however in case of emergency the same shall be taken up immediately. Service charge is not included in the AMC, But replacement of the defective parts is charged only for the ASC customers The customer is expected to run the equipment with the help of trained operators; ACS is not responsible for any failure due to negligence of operator/operators. The customer is responsible to take backup of hard disk periodically to prevent loss of important data due to disk failures. ACS shall provide basic maintenance services to keep the machines in good working order. The service will comprise of preventive and corrective maintenance. ACS shall respond to customers call for any computer problem with in 2 hours of receiving the complaint ACS shall visit twice a week for systems checking and regular maintenance. ACS shall not be responsible for failure to render services due to cause beyond its control. ACS shall not be liable for failure to perform any of its obligations under or arising out of agreement, if such failure results from major fire storm, earthquake, explosion, troubles, embargos, civil commotion, riots, refusal of license or imposition of sanction and / or any measures taken by Government whatsoever which renders it impossible or impractical for ACS fulfill its obligation under this agreement.
